Seriously, I don't like pizza.  That's pretty unique, right?
Um. I'm half Japanese and half Texan?  Oh, and I don't like mint chocolate chip ice cream.

What's on your "To-Do" list today? What are you most looking forward to and what are you most dreading?

Try to get an appt with the dr asap because its getting hard to breathe, the coughing is starting back up and I'm starting to feel like CRAP again.  :(

I'm most looking forward to going out to dinner tonight if I'm feeling up to it.

I'm least looking forward to getting in to see the dr. but it has to be done ..

What was your biggest cooking disaster?

When I forgot to adjust a cake for high altitude and it caved in the middle.  It looked a lot like a crater.  Still tasted good, though :)

Who was the meanest teacher you had in school?

Mrs. West was my fourth grade teacher.  In hindsight, I can see that she must have been a very unhappy person.  Who knows what life had dished up for her .. all I know is that she seemed angry all the time and barked at students for any little infraction.  We called her the Wicked Witch of the West behind her back.

How would you like to be remembered?

I would like them to say that I loved my family, that I was a faithful friend, that I stood fast against adversity and kept my faith until the end.  I don't long for riches or fame.  I'm not a notable person nor do I wish to be, but I do hope that the life I've lead will carry me into people's memories so that, in fact, as long as they exist, I'll never really be forgotten.

What are the goofy nicknames you have for your pet? Bonus points for sharing a picture of him/her.

Is it weird that I don't have a nickname (goofy or otherwise) for my cat?  Her name's Sylvia.  I don't have a current photo but I'll take one and post it at some point.

I do know a cat named Harley but I call him Hairball.  If you saw him, you'd know why ..
